[TOPHAT] Pre-Exercise Briefing: Tophat 2008

The amateur radio emergency communications exercise "Tophat 2008" will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2008. 

    	There will be a pre-exercise briefing for ERC's and Facilitators held on 

	    		    Wednesday, October 15 at 1900hrs 

					at the 

			SWE PREOC: 14275 - 96th Avenue, Surrey

The evening timeslot was chosen to accommodate the schedules of the many volunteers involved in Tophat. Crucial exercise planning details will be shared at this meeting and exercise packages and T-shirts for participants will be distributed.

Due to space limitations, we request only one communicator, preferably the ERC or a Station Manager and one Facilitator per team.
Please reply to this message if no one from your agency/jurisdiction will be able to attend, allowing us sufficient time to deliver the exercise package.
Please ensure that suitable representatives from your jurisdiction/agency are aware of this briefing.

Note that the briefing meeting, initially scheduled for October 7, has been postponed to this October 15 meeting.
