[ITS-EXEC] Newcastle Ridge Video

I am looking at the video now.  The panels are present, lots of healthy
icing on everything.  There is something indeed flapping on a feed line
drip loop but it is not as big as I expected.  It is certainly not a lose
piece of feedline but it needs further examination.  I have sent the video
to Gord, it is an obscure media format.
