This mailing list includes all participants of the Cross Border Communications Committee formed on July 12, 2008. The group consists of volunteers and representatives of the Provincial Emergency Program in BC Canada and volunteers and representatives of the City of Blaine and the following Counties: Whatcom, Skagit, Island,Snohomish, San Juan, Stanwood-Camane Island, in the State of Washington USA.
