[TOPHAT] Re Canceled Sept 15 Meeting

No Jim the ERC meeting has not had a time change.

The question is whether the group feels there is a need for a TOPHAT
Planning meeting. The only time that the Documentation Group is able
to meet with the complete group is ether the morning of Sept 20 at
0700am or the evening of  Oct 7 at 1900. It may not need to be as
early as 0700 but would have to be before the people are arriving for
the ERC meeting.

I should have I guess asked for agenda Items from those that desire
the meeting. This is another option to replace the Sept 15 meeting
that only I form Documentation would be able to attend.
