[ITS-EXEC] NARA Emergency Exercise

As a result of the Club's exercise tomorrow, 145.430 and 444.725 will be taken of the ITS during the exercise. The exercise will be from approximately 0930 until mid afternoon on Jan 23. Node 1755 echo/IRLP node will not be available to the ITS users during this period.
