[ITS-EXEC] Google Earth ITS VHF Coverage Overlay

This one took a few hours of fiddling and another 9 hours for my machine
to crunch this data.

Unzip the contents of this file somewhere on your PC.  Open the enclosed
KML file (which will automatically use the enclosed PNG image file) with
Google Earth.  You can right click this in your "layers" and select
properties to change its opacity.  It defaults to a bit "opaque" and
invades a bit on your viewing pleasure so back if off a bit to more
transparent (clear) and you will get a nice view in Google Earth.
