[ITS-EXEC] "Solar Panel Theft" Audio on ITS

The Newcastle Ridge repeater is co-located in a comshell with industry?
 Do we have our own solar panel supplying our repeater?

Gord: how do you have the controllers input configured to detect "loss
of panel"?  I have a ton of guesses but I might as well go straight to
the source =)

I will get the site photos regardless, might be nice to see how much ice
is up there.
